Forward-looking commercial settlement and area development

Lahnau is one of the most attractive commercial and residential communities in the Lahn-Dill district. This will continue to require forward-looking commercial settlement and area development in order to give our high-performing local companies growth opportunities in particular.

The commercial area “Vor dem Polstück IV” must be developed promptly. For the “Eberacker/Römerlager Dorlar” commercial area, the development plan must be dealt with by the municipal committees as quickly as possible.

The fiber optic expansion is one of the most important projects at the moment. It is thanks to our persistence that Lahnau is taking part in the district's G project and that commercial businesses are being connected directly to the fast fiber optic network free of charge.
